Hi, I’m Fujii! 🌍 I’m a global citizen who loves building relationships. Growing up in Thailand and having lived across 5 continents, I’ve learned that every corner of the world can feel like home. I’m currently based in California.
I’m passionate about helping social impact organizations operationalize, equitable quality jobs that allow individuals, organizations, and communities to thrive. I got my start with the Peace Corps, working at the grassroots level with women farmers in Cameroon to build a business transitioning from cotton to nutrient-rich crops. Since then, I’ve worked across the globe to build value-aligned People Operations that foster a sense of purpose and fulfillment, enabling teams to create systems change.
Fun facts: Joy for me is 🚴♀️ 🏊♀️ 🥾 – I’m an alpine backpacker, novice triathlete, and always looking for bike touring (the backpacking of biking) and adventuring buddies! As a polyglot (French is 💛), I love connecting with people through languages – feel free to share words or phrases that resonate with you. I nerd out on all things seaweed and enjoy talking about spiritual practices, universal basic income, envisioning eco-intergenerational cohousing 🧓, and new economy models that create sustainable, thriving, equitable communities.
