Rainforest Action Network’s communications team is responsible for media relations, publications, advertising, marketing and messaging for the organization and its campaigns.
We are looking for a creative, energetic individual with a specific interest in helping us with the following:
- Assisting in the development and production of materials for all RAN publications, including RAN’s quarterly publication, The PANTHER.
- Assisting in strategy development, design, and placement of RAN advertisements.
- Participating in coordination of media outreach strategy for RAN campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent research, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely and constructively with others.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Understanding and appreciation of different cultures, peoples and communications styles and methods is highly useful.
