The RYSE community blog will bring together young leaders in the movement to organize resistance to environmental destruction and work to take back our Earth, climate, rights, and forests from corporate control in creative and effective ways.

Wait a minute… what the heck is a blog?

A blog is a regularly updated web site, written in the first person, that gives the authors’ perspective or analysis on current events, relates their experiences, or provides original content.

Who should apply?: This opportunity is both for people who are currently part of our network and for those interested in joining us. People with all levels of writing and internet experience (including no experience!) are welcomed and encouraged to apply.

Deadline: The RYSE blog will be launched on October 1. If accepted, we will set you up with a user name and a tutorial for blogging soon after we receive your application. We will continue to accept applications after the August 1 launch date, however the sooner you send it in, the more likely it is that you will get in on the ground floor.
