However, at least one environmental group is chastising the bank for not addressing its status as the nation’s largest lender to coal-mining companies. The Rainforest Action Network   sent dozens of protesters to the bank’s annual meeting last month. And it says the bank should have included an end to mountaintop-removal coal mining in its latest program.
